The Quality Control Center is committed to and implements safeguards to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all Its Clients' information.

All information communicated to The Quality Control Center by Its Clients is received in strict confidence and used only for the purposes authorized by the Clients to complete the requested and agreed upon work or outsourcing services.

Access to all Client information is limited strictly to The Quality Control Center employees and vendors who require such information to complete their work on behalf of the Client.  All employees are subject to a thorough background investigation prior to being hired or having exposure to any Client information.

In order to secure our internal computer network, we utilize third-party firewall filtering technologies to protect access by and against users from other networks.

Our building is equipped with a sophisticated alarm system utilizing accessed control to prevent unauthorized entry.  Shredders, lockable shredding boxes, lockable filing cabinets, password-protected desktops and laptops are also a part of our document and file control safeguard methodologies.
